Another week starts, and therefore so does another Fabricworm Giveaway!  This week we're giving away a Fat Quarter Bundle in Orchid from Heather Bailey's new True Colors Collection!

However, it is 10:01 pm PST, and the rafflecopter refuses to let me enter, saying the giveaway is over. Is it a bug, or set to EST?
