Quilt Back
If you've already purchased this kit, our lovely seamstress Melissa made up some notes that might help clarify pattern for you.  Here are Melissa's notes:

Adjusting the Floating Squares Boarder Directions:
The quilt pattern calls for 7 different prints to make the floating squares boarder. The Commute Kit includes 5 Mod Basics prints for the boarder so a slight adjustment to the directions needs to be made to keep a balanced number of prints.  Follow the directions by cutting seven 21" strips, repeating two of the prints. With your left over scraps or with the 10 extra A Units of the duplicated prints, sew 2 more A units from the remaining three prints that were only used once. The pattern calls for 52 A units so you want to have 10 A units of three of the prints and 11 A units of the other two prints.

We hope that helps, and thanks to Melissa for sharing her expert  field notes!
